Laurens boys win the Laurens County Championship with a 74-63 victory over the Clinton Red Devils at KC Hanna Stadium. Both squads recognized the class of 2021 on Senior Night. Laurens will graduate 12 combined seniors from this season’s teams. Senior Luis Rios-Brena had a stellar night to cap off his last competition at LDHS. Luis lead Laurens boys in points on the night with victories in the 800, 1600, and 3200 meter runs. Jayden McGowan won the 100, 200, and part of the 4×100 relay team that placed 1st. David Anderson won the Discus. TJ won the Shot Put. Zy Todd won the 110 meter hurdles. There were several other Raiders that experienced PRs Tuesday night. These athletes are as follows:
