Boys Varsity Football · Military Appreciation Night at K.C. Hanna

The Laurens District 55 High School football team is proud to honor our active duty military and our veterans. The Raiders will play Hillcrest High School at home this Friday, September 7, 2018. This game will also be Military Appreciation Night at K.C. Hanna Stadium. The evening will begin with the National Anthem performed by the Raider Band along with special recognition for all active duty members of the military and all military veterans. We are inviting all our military friends to join us for this non-conference rivalry game between the Raiders and Rams of Hillcrest High School. Kick-off is at 7:30 p.m.

As part of Military Appreciation Night, all active duty members of the military and all veterans will get free admission to the game with a current military I.D. or proof of service (a copy of your DD-214 with a valid driver’s license). Chick-Fil-A will also provide a special gift for all our military guests.

“I look forward to welcoming fans back to K.C. Hanna Stadium, not only to cheer on the Raider football team but also to show appreciation to the men and women who have served and continue to serve our country,” said Laurens High School Athletic Director Tommy Spires. “Military Appreciation Night is an opportunity to extend our gratitude to those in the Laurens Community who have honorably served our nation.”
